2 Healthy Vegan Recipes for your pre-schooler

  1. Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Flour – 50 gm
  • Full fat milk – 600 ml
  • Extra mature cheddar, coarsely grated – 140 gm
  • Crushed garlic cloves – 2
  • Bread crumbs – 50 gms
  • Small bunch thyme

Method:

  • Preheat the grill to its highest setting and boil a large pan of water and cook the pasta in it for 4 minutes.

  • Melt the butter and make a mixture with the flour.
  • Then slowly add milk and keep on stirring until it begins to thicken.
  • Let it cook for some time and then remove it from the heat.
